2021 SCHEDULE Lowertown Sounds is a free, summertime music and community event on Thursday nights in Mears Park in St. Paul. Concerts begin at 6 p.m. and end at 9:30 p.m. Guests are invited to bring blankets and chairs to enjoy the show.
